3. How did your production skills develop throughout this project?





when we started this project we had very basic Photoshop and tech skills.


one of our earliest tasks was a preliminary task group assignment wherein teams were asked to recreate a poster from a film.my Team consisted of I,Irtaza Quershi and Meher Khalid and the movie poster we were given the task of recreating was The Ides Of March(2011)starring Ryan gosling and George clooney as shown below in comparison is first the original poster then the recreation

the skills learned doing this task was very useful to us later on when creating the magazine

this image  was when we learned to use Pen Tool in Illustrator

to remove certain parts of an image this was also useful later on

when we were creating our cover,double-page spread and content page

an example of how pen tool was used can be found here as the background of the image was all grass as it was captured in a garden so the pen tool was used to remove all trace of grass form the image and instead use the magazines vibrant yellow and black color scheme in comparison to the original image above
